Rehab Exercises

Fall in love with taking care of your body

At Jaipur Remedial Therapies we aim to provide a holistic approach to body and mind, recognising the importance of exercise.

Whilst we offer an add on service at our studio, offering 15 - 30 minute rehab style exercises to the therapy session, you can of course and perhaps should (for your own well being) do exercises at home too. As always, go careful and only do as much as is is comfortable, slow and steady is better than overdoing it.

Useful Exercises and Links

I love Michelle Kenway's way of teaching exercises and the different exercises she recommends. I feel she really focuses on the foundation of the exercises to ensure you get the most benefit.

I recommend these shoulder stabilisation exercises to clients all the time. I have personally used them in the past and found them to be great exercises for the rotator cuff and for strengthening the rhomboids and levator scapula.

I also find Doctor Jo's videos very helpful and she covers a lot of helpful exercises.

Our regular Monday and Friday strength class can be a great way to do many of the exercises above and work on those problem areas, taking things from reactive to proactive.
