This is an opportunity to switch off, unwind, de-stress and see where this creative journey takes you.
Don't worry if you can't meditate! That's the beauty of guided meditation. Nothing is required of you in this session, other than an open mind ready to relax and explore what your mind and sub conscious brings up.
What is guided meditation?
Our guided meditation sessions are 60 minutes long with 50 minutes dedicated to the meditation itself and 10 minutes at the end for slowly coming back around.
Our guided meditation sessions start with us getting you nice and comfortable and settled on the mat or table.
We begin with a relaxation to help you unwind and to guide you deeper into the meditation. There really is nothing that is required from you and you'll be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to drift off to what I am saying.
After the relaxation, we go on an explorative journey that takes you deeper into this guided meditation. These journeys may involve visiting a forest, beach, lake or mountains, places to be at one with nature and to ground yourself further.
After this guided meditation journey, you will stay in this relaxed state for 5 - 10 minutes, giving you an opportunity to practice your own meditation skills and to enjoy this feeling of deep calmness, clarity and stillness. Dannie will then bring the meditation to the end and some time is given to fully coming round post the session.

Private individual and group sessions can be booked for a time that suits you or we have a group guided meditation class on every other Monday at 7.30pm.

Appointments need to be booked one day in advance
Due to the busy nature of our therapy studio, sessions require a one day advance booking. You are welcome to get in touch and see if there are any last minute spaces but be prepared that most sessions require 1 days notice.
Cancellation Policy
There is a cancellation policy in place for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. This is 50% fee of the value of the booked treatment. This is due to the fact that someone else could have taken the session and our staff need to be reimbursed for the time they have set aside.
