Our back to strength class is in a league of its own. Taught by Shivangi who trained in Australia and who recently took part in the Iron Man endurance test, amongst many other accolades.

Shivangi's class is paced for each individual. It's a class where you are challenged but never too much. Where form and technique take centre stage to ensure you work out and build strength in a way that supports your body best.

Body weight and dumbells are used amongst other cardio based exercises to help you get fit, stay strong, increase mobility, range of motion and aid rehabilitation. The workout is varied so different muscle groups are constantly being worked. A brilliant class to get you back to strength and maintain it.

Morning Motivational Yoga

Our morning motivational yoga classes are a perfect way to start the day. Wake up with the sun and start your morning workout.

A blend of pranayama and asanas, a way of restoring body and mind for the day ahead. Each class adjusted, tailored and varied to give you a different work out, bringing balance to body and mind.

Yoga is a wonderful way of stretching and elongating muscles, increasing mobility, reducing stiffness and tension in the muscles and relaxing body and mind.

We offer classes two mornings a week including a weekend session for those struggling to come in the week. Why not make the commitment to start the day right.

Sound Meditation Group Class

Our sound meditation classes are ideal for those who find conventional meditation hard to do. You can't help but find yourself switching off to the sounds of the singing bowls, rain maker and crystal bowls. The sounds take you deeper into complete relaxation, helping you to switch off the mind and find clarity through sound.

We offer two sessions, these occur on alternative weeks. Our Thursday morning longer session combines sound & guided meditation to put you in a deep relaxed state through guided meditation before using the sounds to explore your inner mind further and see what comes through the clarity.

Nothing is required from you within the session and no experience necessary. Simply an openness to the experience and a willingness to find that inner clarity.

Guided Meditation Group Class

Switch off the mind, follow the voice and find yourself heading off on a journey of discovery, tranquility, reflection and restoration.

Our guided meditation group classes are another way of exploring your emotions, thoughts, feelings and inner workings of you. Their another way for people who struggle with meditation to find a way to the stillness within and through that peace comes the talking of the soul.

Sessions are often tailored to a particular topic so that we work on a variety of different aspects of our self, helping to boost confidence, de-stress, aid relaxation, let go of things, gain more clarity on what we want out of life, reflection. You can find out what particular theme we are covering by connecting with us.

Nothing is required from you within the session and this is open to people of all meditational abilities.
